Yes I definitely learned my lesson, just frustrated how this person reacted and changed there tune once they moved out Yes only around $600 but I’m not rich and it was an awful way to spend a day off work 😂Thanks for your responses

Being flexible with showings will certainly help you build a relationship, also if there is a maintenance problem they will know that you are proactive and will react immediately.Sometimes it’s not you, the property just doesn’t meet their requirements.Getting a deposit during the application process would create tension, personally I don’t recommend it.
