I think Rahway, Clark, some areas in Linden, Woodbridge are areas where you can house hack because they are close to the train and are in nice areas where rents will help you defend against taxes and home prices.

@Kyle H I just looked, there's no mention of the BK in the court case docket, and the defendant surely would have notified the court, and of course the plaintiff. 

@Royce Talbo If someone you do not give the apartment to makes more money, has a higher credit score and you did not give them the apartment..good luck defending your self in court.

Also find out if your county has Legal Aid for people who need a Public Defender for housing court.
