You wil find that a lot of sellers are flexible if they have been trying to sell for a log time and the property is vacant or needs work.

Hey Ethan,I currently live in a normal-sized house, but I rent out "tiny" 107 square foot log cabins as Airbnb Short term rentals and I can say personaly they are INSANELY profitable as airbnb listings (especially if you have the right property).  

As a small landlord 1099s are not required.Did you have auto mileage logs?

I have been keeping track of the housing trend and have logged home sales over the past 2 years in my local market (Inland Empire).
