Now after my Refi my mortgage went up $800 bucks and if I pay off a home my difference in profit will go up by a $1kOk but I'm still looking for my building complex sounding stubborn I want my building complex but where I'm looking is nit looking advantages at the moment.

There are hollow core doors throughout the property, and I don't believe there was a single one without a hole in it of some sort, plus damage to drywall, carpet stains, missing vent covers, the list goes on.  

., I would have served the tenant with a Cure or Quit notice - they painted the condo, which they weren't allowed to do and never asked, installed a kitchen backsplash that had to be pulled off the sheetrock, they stained the kitchen cabinets, they spray painted something on the patio and left a red paint outline, etc.

I'd say the skill level needed is higher in dealing with FSBOs, they can be slow to move, stubborn ones must be shown beyond doubt, thin deals can be tricky and risky, can have issues Realtors don't want to deal with.

Was thar staining work or the type of wood, etc?

I fear that they will continue to be stubborn and not budge.
