In case STR is not working well there, you won't be able to convert it to LTR or even enjoy it yourself (well you might a few times from the beginning :) @Alice Chen - On the contrary, there is a shortage of LTRs in the Joshua Tree / Yucca Valley and surrounding hi-desert areas.
