Your logic is sound, and having just returned from three days in Seattle I will say that the older homes in the parks I saw (not that my sample is representative) generally looked quite clean.But what you are saying seems, on the surface, to be the polar 180 degree opposite of what Frank Rolfe and co are telling people at their boot camps.He claims that the homes in the date range you are discussing (60's and 70's) are worth merely a few thousand dollars - and that the biggest way to get in trouble with park-owned homes is to overpay for them.

A proper purchase and sale agreement should be in place so in the event a seller goes pear shaped one could sue for performance ...Seems like a pretty complicated way to make a mere 4k and take payments on the 4K.. obvioulsy regardless of the laws and doing it right.. fausto could just get a unsecured promissory note from the owner ( seller) and call it a day.Back in the 80s when I sold land in N.

I don't see this as being any different than local "wholesalers" who contract to buy a property that has been on the MLS for 9 months, contracting for a mere $8K less than what the home was listed for and then the wholesaler advertises the property as a wholesale deal.

As the clerk how you can trace ownership of a certain property using their grantor/grantee system and by using the tax assessor's system, as well.Yes, I know these things are likely online, however you are in the "wax on, wax off" stage and need to learn the original system for which computers and online databases have merely automated.
