Hi @Kyle H. yep it is a duplex with a unit in the basement and one at ground level, I was reading that some drywall is fire rated, but unfortunately it has the floating ceiling tiles not drywall.  

Usually floating rate interest rate of prime + somethingEach one is a little different but generally you are only required to pay interest every month.  

Most of the money I am borrowing is at 3% (interest only floating against a stock portfolio, mostly tapped out) around 4-5% ( mortgages, have one property left that will be easy to do a cash-out refi on) and 8-9% (private money secured to some of my more non-conventional real estate assets).   

No boats can float through it as they must take out before they get there and they can't put in for another 2 miles closer to the ocean.

Gorsuch is a breath of fresh air to actually follow the Constution when he says "...it is never our job to rewrite a constitutionally valid statutory text under the banner of speculation about what Congress might have done..."3.

It's a really high number for wholesaling, but it's just an idea that I'm floating around and would love some feedback.Here's an image of 2 houses next to an older apartment building. 

With so much money floating around in the marketplace, people are looking for assets to invest in.

If you are seeking a conventional loan, make sure that you have the reserves to float until you go cashflow positive, and if it's a DSCR loan, make triple sure that the numbers will work, or when it comes time to re-fi you could be in for a very stressful situation. 

I would love to see Boone/Blowing Rock/Banner Elk area too.
