We both believe good tenants deserve to be a bit below market rents.  

Most would have stayed quiet, but thanks to your post I am sure others may avoid the pain of getting into a similar situation with this company...I trully hope that your recovery will come soon and that you and your wife will find the peace of mind you well deserve!
