It's one girl living by herself, so she didn't seem to be bothered by not having it.

When I wrote the lease, I put in that the lease was for 1 tenant only with no more than 1 additional to be added and that the procedure for the additional tenant would be the same as it was for the original tenant with an increase in X amount of rent so they knew when they signed the lease that should they decide to add their boy/girl friend that this is what would happen.

We've rented for 3 years with zero issues. 7 months ago we rented to a girl named Sandi and another girl named Lily.

I have a property manager looking over it.  4 girls moved into my rental property.  

The bathrooms, well the girls bathrooms were decent I guess, but a bit messy.

This group of 3 are 20 something, white, 2 boys and 1 girl....In screen I ask for income and credit score, but I also ask for bank account and would like to see at least $50K in savings...

My wife said “this college girl is going to be trouble”.
