Photos are almost always worth it. for ~$200 your online presence vs a non-professional is night and day.Also, vet your photographer well.

Those of us that have national presences are all very consistent in what we charge.

We finally found what we think are a couple of under-managed (read, non-professionally managed) properties in tertiary markets that have upside: under-occupied, no tenant insurance, no UHaul, no web presence, etc.  

There are professional companies like Investor Carrot, M5 (Clever Investor), and Lead Propeller that advertise "turnkey" online marketing setup specifically for REIs, however, information and visibility on success rates, demos, and reviews are sorely lacking.Has anyone implemented their REI online marketing presence with either of these three companies?

Hi guys-I rented out a 400 sq feet studio apartment about a month ago, and today my tenant says there's a musty smell in the studio, likely indicating the presence of mold.

Then identify what things on that list either aren't the highest and best use of your time, and what items would be easy to delegate to an online VA - because those specific activities don't require your physical presence. - Piggybacking on my previous comment - have an idea in mind if you plan to use your VA to interact with clients or just do admin behind the scenes.
