I don't want to announce the sky is falling and be a Debbie Downer, but in my opinion, now is NOT the time to be investing in real estate for rookie investors, especially flips.

Trying to transition from your law practice is a very broad statement.Also keep in mind that it seems a little fishy that newbies that are making money hand over fist would want to announce it to the world because they are so grateful to their mentor ship program that they join.Typically the people that are vouching for any particular niche and/or program have something personally to gain from promoting what they do. 

The endless pointless meetings, pretending to care about company wide announcements, having to sell products that I didn’t find valuable at all.
