Sometimes our society isn't the greatest when it comes to certain neighborhoods but what are we doing to help turn things around.

There are certain key success factors in running these that are proprietary to my firm - but what I can share is that pricing sets a perception with guests. 

You may be significantly lower to the perception from better tenants is there's something wrong with the unit.

Obviously that had nothing to do with anything other than the perception that they could gets lots of money.

Of course some of this is specific cities and some of this is in the past.At a minimum, Michigan has a perception challenge, which is affecting their economic development.

That helps with actual effect I think but still leaves a perception problem with newer perspective renters.
