If the answer is no then have them sign a form stating to the affect that no tenant rep broker is involved in this deal and if one is used the tenant will pay all costs associated with it.We have a form in commercial transactions signed that only so and so companies are involved in the transaction and that buyer and seller will defend any outside claims otherwise.
