I've seen forum threads about young investors; you may want to search the topic and/or set up keyword alerts for that topic.Seems like researching what aspect of real estate you'd like to get involved with, getting your financial goals & expectations ironed out, and volunteering to help local investors would be great first steps.  

That deal looks like it's going to close soon, and I have a few more "irons in the fire".

Ironically, Legal Zoom's application and decision-tree is full of cross-selling and up-selling that by the time your done you may be paying more than you would have to get it done by a professional.

With that in mind, make sure that the contract has an iron-clad clause that let's you cancel the contract (that won't cost you extra!)

But I would recommend getting on the phone with the professional to iron out all of the details and to make sure you are not missing anything.

This is the lowest level motel, no breakfast, no restaurant, and mostly caters to "a bed and room", normally no fridge, iron/iron board and other fancy stuff; although they are available in the front desk, they are per request only.
