We have a damn labor shortage there, but too many blue-hairs pull the strings, if anything happens that upsets the status quo it's generally chased to the edge of town.  

I'm studying for my real estate license and have some savings to make the transition to 100% focus on real estate.If you need an extra pair of hands on the ground I'm happy to negotiate any sort of arrangement, be it equity or salary whatever works better for your numbers.I've got a truck, no shortage of tools, and I'm strong and hardworking.I've probably got the money to buy a property now but I don't have the confidence to make the leap quite yet so I'm hoping to work for someone who has more of the knowledge and I'll prove invaluable while I absorb what I need to know to make my first investment.I would love to hear opinions from anyone, and talk to anyone in the Boston or Worcester areas who would like to meet.

There is a definite housing shortage at almost all price points up into luxury.  

A major reason why we have a housing shortage, but I digress…I know about this stuff from being a forester and working with land forever. 

Then it has been slow going on the build due to labor shortages, supply shortages etc..  

I don’t know if you are out in the county or are in Danville proper, but with all the workers arriving to build the casino and the existing housing shortage, if you are within reasonable driving distance of Schoolfield, I’d try bumping up your interim rent expectations a bit.

I have no idea why they're so low because there's a major supply shortage of good rental properties to rent (I was trying to find one last year and literally found... one... in about 6 months of looking), but the property prices themselves aren't that low.

Tempe is nice since it houses a major university and there are no shortage of renters in the area.
