My property cash flows around $1000 a month after all expenses, i paid 369k for a 4 plex and it appraised for 430k not even a year later and market rents have went up about $200-$250 also in my area increasing my cash flow even more. this refi is just the iceing on the cake to me.do you have any investment properties you have recently refinanced?

Because the thermostat is set so low the system continues to run under conditions it was not designed for and causes ice to start forming inside the indoor section. 2) You mentioned the service tech " refilled" the system.

One of my cabin's is up on a knob off a mountain in the Smokies so different environment than you but the issues are probably the same and they all revolve around winter, albeit I am guessing yours will be much worse than ours.Mild scenario is where guest are at the cabin and a snow/ice storm hits while they are at the cabin.
