Personally I would pay the guy 20 bucks to wear a “ Jason” hockey mask and a one piece work suit to mow or weed eat back there  just to mess with her mind 

You are probably not going off roading, but I bet you get some snow and ice.

I think it is extremely short-sighted to think that the average American is going to see massive infection rates and serious levels of death and think "Hey, I'm cool with it, off to the beach I go and by the way let me stop and eat at this buffet and buy an ice cream cone and stand in line at Disney".

I guess compared to MN it might be we average less than 45 degrees for the high this time of year rains all the time and then some snow and ice..

If you make more $ at the end, that's icing on the cake !

This would be a great ice breaker event for a newbie looking to network with active investors in SE Wisconsin.

The fact it doubled in value, and I'm getting $$$rent is icing on the cake, but feeling like you're doing something good-- that brings me happiness.

(I tend to use this strategy mostly with ice makers, yes there is one but if it breaks, I'm not gonna fix it).  

I was at Sam's Club yesterday buying supplies for a STR...luckily I escaped the call of the nasty (but delicious) snack bar pizza, ice cream and soda but it would have been great if someone was already handling meal prep for a healthy dinner.

My son get's into hockey.
