Now, let's look at an annual rental scenario:So the GCF for this guy is $3,750 - Both of these options make good money so the other factors are going to be what's important to you - time expenditure, mortgage size based on the down payment, etc.I am biased but I would prefer at least a 3-4 family going forward but if you're renting a large single-family with some serious amenities I'm sure you could still make a good amount.

It's just that it's literally 2 blocks away so I'm bias to the property.

My eviction case was dismissed by the VERY biased Bronx Housing Court Judge last minute because of a technicality, all because I would not let the illegal tenants stay 90 days extra (they are not even on the lease).

@JD Martin You are not the first and assuredly not the last person to bring up my age or gender when "explaining" something to me so I won't address that further.

I am allergic to cats so may be biased but when I walk into a house with cats frequently it is overwhelming.  

I’m biased but I think NC is the right place to be due to affordability compared to some other states, the job market, new construction homes, and Charlotte was named the hottest market of 2023 by Zillow.
