We no little about cash buyers and the perception isn't the best. 

It may seem corny but trust me perception is everything and can make or break a deal.

It's so hard to have a different mindset than mainstream society, but we can see it will be worth it and have to remind ourselves to stick with it!!

It's my perception that those markets pretty hot just like ours.  

Sounds like a great location but I would check with building department in the event it has to be done by historical society standards. 

They will appraise for less and the buyer perception or stigma of modular is still undesirable.As for the cost to rehab or build new it all depends on type of construction and level of finishes.

Today, it's almost a completely opposite society.
