We had to repaint the interior, replace destroyed closet doors and bedroom doors and door frames.  

You can go middle of the road softness to try to appeal to as many as people, or we have in the past gotten firm mattresses and bought soft toppers and kept in the closet for people who liked more plush.

I'd offer them a portable unit.

Hoping we can just drop lines in with minimal damage to the interior walls with most of the work happening in the utility closet or behind cabinets but we'll see.The earbuds-only music policy is one I'm definitely adding to my books.

I am waiting on one more for the house right next to it.In the beginning both home were going to be the same, but later I decided to give one home a larger master suit to allow for his and her closets and eliminated the double height living room that can be seen in the picture above.  

These were mirror image condos until we took out a pantry, moved a kitchen wall and added a very small 3rd bedroom with bunk beds that if selling wouldn't qualify as a 3rd bedroom as it doesn't have a closet.

Of course it matters if you're adding a closet vs. a kitchen.  

However, their MLS listing stated the house was a 4-bedroom, and the 4th bedroom was in a partially finished basement, had no door, no light switch, no closet, and egress was not compliant with code.

The first was a broken closet door, the second was a hot water issue that cost me $200 and now apparently there was no mailbox flap so I'm being charged $45 for a replacement.

Looking for a rental right now is driving me crazy we found a place that's a good area but it's really tiny for all our stuff so I may just have to throw everything into storage not even a lot of closet space for clothes .
