I still get some vendors that mail me paper invoices or have our accountant/bookkeeper scan in documents however at this time I outsource my bookkeeping and I'm guessing they despise scanning as much as I do as they normally do not do it and I have to micromanage it to make sure bills get paid timely.

at a 200 budget you should insource your marketing.When you can get to 400 then you will outsource postcards at .35 cents for 1000.

Hi all,I usually either do all the letters myself or have outsourced it to my VA> However, I am growing and can't manage all the letters and neither can my VA, but I don't want to hire another VA that I don't trust.I was going to use yellowletters for the first time, except it seems that the earliest day to ship out 123 letters will be July 7th.
