I would think with a major affiliate and influencer that they wouldn't have let that happen..

In Tennessee you have to be an agent (Realtor/affiliate) for 3 years before you can get your brokers license.

There are many awesome PM's in Memphis affiliated with NARPM.

Start calling local property managers who are NARPM affiliates.

But by all means please don't even think about forging documents, or "re-engineering" your deal to avoid paying your broker the fees you agreed to pay when you affiliated with them.
