Hi all, I live in Salt Lake City and I was wondering if there is an existing group of people who have used bigger pockets to connect and the strategies taught here as well.

AirDNA provides great data but take it with a grain of salt since it includes all cleaning fees. 

We will have trouble financing this property for a flip since neither of us have the cash to finance the purchase and the repairs (we believe it would sell for around $475+ ARV - but take that with a grain of salt). 

Does anyone have a handyman recommendation for Salt Lake City?

I'm just saying it's not the only thing.Take everything around here with a grain of salt. 

With that being said, I would take Trulia/Zillow with a grain of salt. 

On the other hand, contractors that are worth their salt normally cost a pretty penny.
