I think, if you try to do this, you are totally on your own when it comes to sorting out any confusion that arises, and tax planning and other aspects of home finance that many people choose to outsource. 

Who are you outsourcing your mail campaign to now, how much is it, and how many mail pieces do you send out?

Do you guys outsource?  

Buuuut if you have more money than time, want to outsource it, etc...

You need to outsource your mailings and concentrate on building a business, not being a "worker bee".

Are you finding these people locally or outsource them?

If you don't respond to an incoming lead within MINUTES, that will be a DEAD LEAD in 2 hours because one of us that is hungry will answer the call, make an offer, and get it under contract while their call to you sits in voicemail somewhere.I always tell people, when you get to where you're spending more than $3,000 per month on marketing, then you might look at automating or outsourcing some of the process while still maintaining high human touch.  

On top of that, collection efforts will almost always be placed on the burden of the US Federal or state courts, who outsource to local US based debt collectors, who dont possess the means to collect debts in foreign countries.

I have heard other long distance landlords outsource some property management to local landlords, though I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone specifically to discuss the mechanics of how.
