When you have self-directed plan you have virtually limitless investment options - real estate, private lending, tax liens, precious metals, real estate notes, etc.

Does anyone have some general cost break downs that they've actually dealt with in regard to metal buildings? 

If they put a roof on your plans with under a 3-n-12 slope you are going to have to use metal.
