Boy from my point of view if these bad actors Morris and OP just ride off into the sunset leaving this carnage behind them with no real consequences I will be so very disappointed in our judicial system and the state of INdiana regulators..

If you are looking for a "Magical clause" in Marco's contractthat will make stubborn sellers throw up there hands andsurrender and sign, you are going to be as disappointed asyou were when you learned about Santa, the Tooth Fairy,and girls being faithful.Trust me, I have both courses; you can find out everythingthat Marco knows and learn it from the guy that taught him,Ron LeGrand.  

If you're trying to maintain numbers at 2020 or 2021 levels, I think you're going to be disappointed.

Thankfully because this PP is so low, I have other options if institutional financing disappoints.  

I have deals come across my desk every day where I can be putting this money to work but instead, I have had to invest more money in the dead deal by hiring an attorney.I am most disappointed in Scott because I believed in him. 

@Tiffany Warren I still love notes but my non-performing seconds, at least the ones that I purchased before I knew anything about due dil. have been a disappointment thus far.
