My wife wished we had easy chairs, popcorn and then commented on the speaker Mystery Theater 3000 style.  

He made her believe that she was "stiff and rigid like a board" (the words he used to take and keep her under) as she lay down, face-up on 2 chairs facing each other about 5-7 feet apart.

But what made me to take this risk and jump in, is exactly the feeling you probably get when you have to sit in a chair staring at a computer for 40+ hours a week.

The way the tenants are maintaining the property would be more concerning - if that picture had a nice couple of chairs on top of it, with a little table, clean and neat, I wouldn't care a bit.

Maybe only take long bookings via VRBO or direct or do t take this long of a booking at all in the future.I personally have never had a booking greater than 30 days.

I am beat and about to fall asleep in the chair.
