I'm looking for a comprehensive spreadsheet that includes all cost associated with the flip and bottom line profit.

I have read many economy comprehension books (past, current and future economy), because I got tired of feeling like the economy is complicated and tough to understand- it's not all that complicated once you understand it.

I have all but given up on explaining how economics actually work, I don't know the disconnect with comprehensions on how it actually works, and disregard to get informed, but I have accepted it.
