The strategy that I am using is all my loans are with community banks, so they have a 3yr balloon on my loans.

I pulled out a HELOC and am using the equity as my asset to buy more assets.

I don’t need this property to cash flow however this is a lot larger investment than I am use to and would have to have it paying for itself or very close to it.

I am thinking that I will build a Wordpress site but use the out of the box direct booking site from Guesty who i am using for my PMS for now.
