Not many.there is a reason transactional lending became a thing this is how these folks can do this legally.. get into title sell what you own.. if you don't own it .. get a license and sell it.. seems pretty simple and straight forward.but as long as you have guru's  and BP folks saying its legal and fair then there is no way to stop it as there is not enough man power.. in most states... to do that..Ohio FLA CA are on this I am going to see how Oregon reacts to this unlicensed wholesaler...

I agree and would like to take that approach as option 1, however I would rather prevent a tenant turnover at this time.Sometimes it's difficult to react with reason to someone who is approaching a decision emotionally!

People react differently so ultimately you'll have to try multiple things until you find something that seems most effective for your area.As for your letter, I would shorten it up a little and I also like Vikram's comment about you being the principle buyer as opposed to a "group".
