By switching on and off a processing power equal <1% of Amazon or Google or the NSA or the Russians or the Chinese or the North Koreans for that matter the market could be sent into chaos.  

Proximity to the mountains, 300 days of sun, great beer, legal weed, arts, culture, bars, restaurants, parks ...

You might need more people than that if it's a re-position and are looking to change the culture of the property.

They tend to depend on each other a lot due to the cultural differences they have and lending a couch can be permanent to a lot of friends and relatives. 

A mantra within the BP community used to be that you should never have to pay for real estate education, so the culture reflects that thinking.
