Theres some homeowners thats going to have to eat that. if you got a big plot thats pretty much all the value you can get out of it if the structures are crumbling from being water logged.

I usually have my clients fill out a real estate activity log which contains at least 250 possible real estate activities that could count towards the hours requirements.

It's convenient for us so far, and the check clears right away, and all we have to do is log into our bank app on the 1st to confirm it is there.We established early on with our tenant that we prefer to communicate through text for most things.

Tried it on my phone a couple of times.. even shut down my phone and logged out and back in....

When I log in from a desktop or laptop computer, it seems to work ok on Google Chrome.

Change the furnace filter, change the batteries in the smoke detectors (every 6 months, and keep a log for insurance to show you have done this) and inspect for any leaking faucets/toilets. 

I have to sign an NDA each time I log into the system we use, so there's not much I can disclose about my job.
