Ben, I've seen your company's pitchdeck and I'm very impressed with the way that you guys have prudently tested out your platform in GA before expanding into other markets, but that poses one key problem with platforms such as yours: How do you perform reasonable due diligence on a market where you have no presence?

It requires a physical presence.

A QI with a national presence will probably function more smoothly for you since you're crossing states so there's more state nuance to deal with.  

In our state or and wa cal western had a presence however was not the dominate player I believe northwest trustee service was or is. 

I sat down the street yesterday for an hour and not a single cop car drove down even though I have been told that this is a hot street and I should see a lot of police presence.

But this is quite unique most don't have the internet presence that Morris did or the skill to manipulate pod cast audiences and then get such blind devotion to his model.. its really something.
