I think it's not that bad, but I've run it by others and everyone seems to agree: it's ugly.I think if we just removed the mansard roof and painted over the outdated colors (including brick), it would look much better.

It seems like a lot of the information is very vague or outdated.

Hello everyone, we have a home on the market and signed a contract for realtor to sell it the first week of August and within 2 weeks the house was under contract and everything was going great until two weeks ago when the buyer backed out, every since the realtor has not been trying to sell - he lies and says he is showing it (we have ways of knowing) he no longer has the house on his web page (I've looked)plus his facebook page is outdated - it shows a picture of the house with a status that reads under contract in 13 days!

Plus I had the instant added value from the remodel to start out with, and the continued increase in value as I slowly restore the outdated property.

Also their ceiling fans are modern brushed nickel remote ceiling fans while yours has a more outdated look in my opinion.6) I can't tell, but looks like you have older windows (single pane, metal frame). 

He sounds like a tired landlord on the phone, seems like he has an outdated house with tenants living there that are giving him grief.
