^^I might be wrong but I believe you can in fact block transfers to/from certain institutions and/or payees.

This creates a situation that breeds copycats. 

A tenant with an emotional support animal also does not have to follow pets policies regarding if they permit them, size, breed etc.

For every dollar you actively corner somebody else out there will have to find an alternate way of making it, more than likely somebody who could use it a lot more than you can in that instance.

Take a step towards saving where you can in your daily life, do side jobs for different landlords or anything in between to build extra cash and knowledge.

So to me, persistence breeds success overtime!
