I will check into those.Confirmed that Freedom Mortgage can do a 550 score (middle of 3 scores) manually underwritten FHA as long as no bankruptcies or other major issues. not the solution but very close.

Great post, and one I tend to see over at the forums at MyFico.com haha.Question to all - what would be worse, marrying someone with a high income and high unsecured debt, OrMarrying someone with low to moderate income and jacked up credit (repo, bankruptcy, foreclosure, charge off)?

Same thing happened in coal mining like 10 years ago, everything seems like they're going for bankruptcy 10 years ago, but they make record profit now.It's just a matter of time before someone smarter and has more money than me, will buy the ruin of open door if they go for bankruptcy lol :)
