Hi,Home for sale about 2 blocks from a property that I own.I purchased the one I own about 4 months ago, and they were 100% cookie-cutter identical homes when built - almost certainly even the same construction workers built both, not just the same identical floor plan and company and architect and design. 

In addition to the crew, I could get another engineer/architect for $10/hr who could be taught on estimating also.Let's talk, I think we could form something, i have a GC license and all the insurance coverage to run the business, everything might be ready to go.Thanks.

I know of a broker based out of San Diego and Palm Springs that has experience with new construction, architects, contractors, financial syndication and experience working with the city.

I've never built more than two stories so perhaps there's a contractor on the forum that can give a more definitive answer...but in the discussions I've had with architects, engineers and contractors there doesn't seem to be a significant savings. 

What I'm about to tell you is from my Architect's side.There was an article in Builder Mag a long time ago on this topic.  

I am looking for a trusted and reasonably priced architect in Atlantic City to basically sign off on my fire escape.

Advice is to partner up with a GC or architect or other Realtor and make a deal.

To do so I need an architect or engineer to draft up plans and calculations for the beam.

Obviously these decisions are based on maximizing my ARV, so is it more appropriate to call a designer or an architect?
