My fear is that my tenants continue to not pay as the crisis is prolonged and come September, Universities announce they are holding their first semesters classes online, and the students do not move in at all.

Murphy announced today that he has signed an Executive Order that will allow tenants to use the security deposit as a rent payment.

Today the County announced they would extend the Stay at Home for another 3 months but that is something I cannot wait for.

A person engaging in criminal activity wouldn't announce where they will be.   

They just announced another expansion so it's a strong area.

They just announced today that they were bought out by Roofstock so hopefully that changes it for the better and doesn't make it worse, though I can't imagine taking longer than THREE MONTHS to fix a downloading issue which is the very crux of what your company is based upon.
