@Eamon SullivanFirst issue you will run into will be a local by-law or ordinance limiting the number of unrelated adults permitted to live in a single dwelling unit - very common in university towns.

You have to really screen the heck out of anyone and make sure any adults are on the lease and screened and do a background/ credit check.
