Factory built?

All homes are close to a river, in a old factory town that has some what held up against losing so many factory jobs.

Across the alley textile factory with loading docks - basic American hovel. 

I assume not but that would be a red flag factory.

I’ve recently heard that a popular boating company is building a factory near there but closer to New Bern.

Another factor is the days on market average and the number of sales.

Since the economy is not tied to factories, industry, or business cycles, the economy is good in central PA.
