@Tyler Frost there are plenty of imported lines where everything is stocked here, and you shouldn’t have to wait 2-3 weeks for additional parts, if you are in middle of a job (at least my customers don’t wait that long), most of the add ins can be shipped via UPS, and released from the factory within a day or two.

@Lane Kawaoka The problem with the VA loan is that I can only have 2 out at a time ( for the better one at least ) I currently have one out on my current home. another factor is I cannot use the VA loan on a income property unless I live in it for over a year. also pretty sure I cannot refinance a VA loan.
