I read and write Chinese, and so I can be asset dealing with Chinese investors. 

@Adrian Chu  We have to be very aware of the cultural climate we live in - know the rules, abide by them, and proactively lobby for -and make the case for common sense laws and against restrictive rules that ultimately make it more difficult and expensive for the very ones who need the most help. 

For example, today Las Vegas hosts millions of Chinese tourists each year.

Their business culture is very relationship oriented.

I continued to market the property and inform my buyers of the culture of the area as they viewed it.

Chinese food is pretty meh in SF.

It is a Chinese container home builder and seller.

Rents are down 10% and falling.As @Joshua Rice said, there was already a WFH culture particularly in tech.

I think all US paper currency will be outlawed in the next 3 years (some story about the Chinese selling $ quality printing presses to N Korea that make better currency than we do).

I need the culture and structure of working with some type of partner/mentor or even an organization.Beyond that I will benefit from help on detailed analysis, building presentations etc.
