Not sure how to do this when the owner doesnt respond, threaten with a lawsuit???

Why don't you try threatening BoA with sending them your keys again?

There was a 9-1-1 call where he can be heard threatening to "blow your f***ing head off" and other colorful threats.

Unfortunately the laws don't stop Realtors from bullying, threatening, insulting and spreading lies about them.Around here Realtors skulk around at night defacing FSBO signs.

That's best for a seller, I've seen many deals die because a tenant wanted to vent/threaten/etc.

Now he is threatening us and our families.
