Higher end areas are the only way to go, especially if you are a buy-and-holder.Some have mentioned that it is best to invest in up-and-coming areas for the greatest returns (presumably from appreciation).

The home or asset is not easily converted to USD unless you use the future prevailing exchange rate, and any cash-flows presumably are going to be denominated in local currency too.

Since you started by saying "We" I presume this is a  multi-member LLC.

The presumed dead owner only showed up after I had paid his taxes and logged 30 acres of his land. 

If there is no "out" at the top to correspond to the "in" at the soffits, you will still have no ventilation.Treating the mould and installing the 80-through vents (I presume 40 on each side) could be a solid days work (~10-12 hrs) to do properly.  

The quality of traffic, presuming some strategic work on your part, can also be incredibly high.

The presumed fact that this new generation is being taught no real values and can be so careless to "forget" that your precious child was left ON THE ROOF OF YOUR CAR is horrible.

Keep in mind that if (presumably) you are working from your home, you can take a number of deductions against your net income from the above to reduce your tax rate (i.e. home office expense, health insurance, mileage/auto depreciation, your own mortgage interest, etc).

They both have backgrounds in accounting so I presume they know their numbers well.
