I always remind them of their response in negotiations to reinforce the service that we provide and the reason we deserve the discount.

You and I don't deserve the best paid job yet but if we keep building we will soon change the world. 

If you're pretending to be a wholesaler and advertising the property for sale without knowing exactly who your buyer is going to be before you even negotiate the deal, you're doing it all wrong and you deserve the stiffest, most severe financial penalties they can slap you with.

Same with how to be a landlord.2. one of the major paid for training systems is the wholesaler system.. this is fraught what I call dreamer education.. throw out something that seems very easy  IE you need no money no net worth you just need to pay me and I will teach you how to make money so you can live the life you DESERVE..

As far as I'm concerned, people that do that deserve the problems it causes.

That has bankrupted HOA's in the past, do the other owner's who have paid their dues deserve that.

The ones that do not need constant hand holding and are not just learning the business.14 years in I am still amazed at how much new agents think they are hot stuff and deserve the world (no fees, high splits, unlimited training) yet have done nothing yet in the business.

No one is going to say "well a flipper should only make 30k per deal, they don't deserve more".

OK seriously.. this definitely deserves 5 virgins, 3 goats, 6 brown chickens (virgins too), and 3 homecooked meals!

They take real risks and deserve some rewards.
