@Blake Ramsey I'm a college professor, and a real estate investor--so my perspective is somewhat from both sides of the coin here...First off, your post is well-written, which gives me the impression that you have some of the skills necessary to succeed in college, and it also gives me the impression that this is a topic you've been considering carefully; kudos.As they say, there is no "right" answer; it just depends on your goals, what you enjoy, what you're good at, what opportunities are available, etc.

I ask because I'm currently living in FL and own a "Live in Flip" and I'm torn on converting it to my first ALF when I move back to CO in 2017 or selling and taking my profit with me to start one near where I will be living.

We have a common laundry with an electric dryer so before removing the aging coin-op units I connected a meter in series to determine the usage.

My prediction: Corona increases > second shut down > More unemployment > more loan forbearances > flood of business bankruptcy's and loan defaults > banks have big problem > fed bails out > some banks fail > real estate prices stay the same or go up until early 2021 > Fed will probably do another cares act and extent forbearance period > then it is possible the dollar will continue to devalue > then inflation will occur > real estate prices will go way up > US goes from cash to Crypto > politically, either way the election goes we will have instability and unrest.
