The attitude of EVERYONE there is that unless you are going to go for one of their fee-based programs, they are quick to write you off and will just transfer you to the robots in India who you just want to cuss at all day because they are absolutely worthless!

It's difficult for me to even dignify this attitude among the ignorant "Chicken Littles", especially those in the media, with a response.

I thank the gurus for setting these attitudes out in the public.

Personally, that attitude sounds a little naive to me...but not everyone has the same thirst for knowledge and not everyone is equally concerned about protecting their rights from a potentially corrupt branch of government.

That’s a go getter attitude if I ever saw one.

Many times if they think you are asking them for help and guidance, they really can be very helpful.Your attitude should be we both want a safe house, help me make sure we're doing that.  

@Daniel Castellanos @Sarah Torres Daniel Thank you for the list, I think your best move would be to find or network with fix & Flip or Rehabber investors.Both you and Sarah have the right attitude to have in this business, keep it up. 

And, in a nutshell, had this outrageously entitled attitude that the rest of the world had to cater to all her needs. 

Maybe the listing agent has this attitude and wants to know that you're serious.

He is not going to change his deep rooted attitude at this point.Just deal with him on this project and never hire him again.
