Anytime an Agent tried to pawn off a sus....uh, prospect they have that I allowed to to see the house they were worse than the dregs zi has already denied.Do not accept any of the Agents vetting, do you own

I guess most important is that the property performs how it needs to, to meet/exceed the loan terms.

Also I have been meeting with some local investors who are interested but will that be enough to to get full funding for the deal?

Im not looking to to hit a homerun here , but am willing to settle for a small cash flow.

Closing is on the 1-31-19 in Redford MI (suburb of Detroit MI) and the contractor quoted a price of $6800 and wanted $4500 upfront I negotiated down to to $3200 but I am still a little uncomfortable.

I will reach out to a wholesaler.Paying rent to my self is better than my current situation, but I don't want to to get stuck living in a 4plex supplementing the other 3 units because the numbers don't work.
