Will you erect a temporary " wedding " tent or other similar  temporary structure to handle larger groups?

Maldanado my wife and I received DR's Total Money Makeover as a wedding gift.

Dallas market is shifting towards buyers market and i might be having FOMO but I have been wanting to buy a primary residence for i am newly wed.

After running her name through google, I find out there is a wedding website setup for her and her fiance - the guy who owns the property, and both have their FB pages full of recent loving hugging photos, so clearly they aren't separated.

Its bizz as usual for us right now. if its great deal we move on it.. tied one up in vegas Friday.. my wife listed one of our fixers in Gresham on Sunday and had multiple offers and we went pending with a back up by Wed. 

. - Its a solid relationship where we are planning on a wedding in the near future. 

One is a hair stylist, two flight attendants, one event caterer, one wedding/event planner. 

We’ve had cancellations for weddings, baseball games, conferences etc. most of those were 2-3 day bookings.

I won't be requesting a 100% refund from the hosts I've booked with for a wedding in early May.

There is a BP meet up with lots of investors and agents the second Wed of every month (I think).There are also a lot of other investor meet ups.
