@Byron Kim the move out date was actually volunteered by the tenant so that made it a bit easy.

Fix the faucet, plumbing at my parents house, volunteer for habitat for humanity and learn all I can about construction.

In fact, they shouldn't know that piece of information unless you volunteer it. 

Volunteered for officer candidate school, got commissioned, and finished my undergrad. 

It isn't necessarily a fun just (although sometimes it is great), but if you really want to learn how to sell, why not volunteer for a billet where sales is your full-time job in the military? 

I volunteered for it in 2002. 

We also have a heart for missions work and would love to help in other nations and volunteer locally for months at a time and pour into and give back to others.
