If the tenant wants to add an "agreed to vacate" judgment signed by the plaintiff and notarized then it can be added to the file and they dispute with the credit bureau and it comes off as they see it was vacated.

without anything i writing and signed and notarized your swimming against the current on this one. you might have text but now a days you can delete what you want out of the log to make it what you want even if you printed it out or saved them on a computer you can still edit them they way you want. idk what your lawywe was talkin about but i would just give it back and just call back the 10-20 other interested parties. depending how long ago you denyed them they still may be seeking a apartment. much easier then all the legal night mare stuff.

So you rush to get all that info to them and then hear nothing but a long silence afterwards.Also, we have had many problems with the banks' title agencies who more often than not are in a completely different state and the contact person was off shore could barely speak english and hadn't a clue how to close.Unless the price is "bank approved" I wouldn't low ball it very much unless there are some serious major repairs necessary.
