I have made 30 videos on how to do things and put them on a YouTube page for our tenants, sent it out on an announcement, etc.   

That's why we started offering BRRR Turnkeys, where we help investor source a property (or they can find on their own), we rehab it, supplying rehab videos so they can see what was actually done.

Of course, you won't listen to this common sense because you know more than everyone else here on BP and will have to learn the hard way.So, recommend you find and attend some local investor meetings or commit to watching all the videos and reading all the material here on BP that you can.Good luck:)

I am an out of state investor and in the past I have purchased my properties based on video walkthrough that my (trusted) realtor does.

We give them the exact address, a video of what it looked like when it was bought, who did the rehab, what the rehab cost, what it rented for, a video of what it looked like AFTER the rehab, who did the loan (who the lender was), etc. 

I used to use them and I like them before using Revmax now with live Rev Manager (for PM/large portfolio)Channel Manager- BookingPal, RentalsUnited

Check their communication style - do they respond promptly, comfortable with video calls, and send regular updates?

I actually just made a whole video about how I pick virtual mailboxes on my YouTube Channel :)

Also, on your comment "on all channels", not sure you need that either.
